Our goal at the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. is to develop long term relationships with our customers by providing excellent service at reasonable prices.

Brian McGrath, President

I founded the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. in 1999 with the goal of building a company that served our community. I have been very fortunate to have found the people below. The Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. is a company built on its people. We have a strong group who care about you, our customers, and the beauty of your home.

I have a wonderful wife, Audra, who many of you know and we have three children; two girls and a boy, who make our family whole and keep us busy. We also have Max, our German Shepard. I enjoy my family and my job and do not have any other hobbies to speak of. I hear golf is fun, but for now I would rather be home with my family.

Audra McGrath, Vice President

I joined Brian at the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. in 2001 after a long career at Accenture as a business integration consultant. I started here as the office manager before I passed the 'baton' over to Leclii when we had our first child. Now, three children later, I manage the accounting and many other projects Brian passes my way. But mostly, I'm found at home taking care of Gywneth, almost 4, Cadence who just turned 2 and the newest addition, Ryan, who is 3 months old. Our 120 llb. German Shepherd, Max, also requires a lot of Mom's affection and attention.

I'm very proud to be a part of the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co., my husband Brian, who has worked so hard to make this the best company possible, and our employees who make this company more than just a team; but also a family. We look forward to meeting you and helping to fulfill your goals of making your home beautiful and more functional with window treatments.

Leclii Sanders, General Manager

The glue that holds this operation together; I have been with the company for four and a half years. I'm usually the one you speak to when you call the store. I strive to keep the information flowing and everyone here on the ball.

I recently married a wonderful man. I have 2 grown children, a beautiful granddaughter and 3 very active dogs. Hiking and spending time outdoors as much as possible, are my passions. I now reside in Hagerstown, MD.

Sean o'Rourke, Installation Manager

As the Installation manager, my number one priority is taking care of your home. I have been in the construction trade all of my life and have been with the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. as the installation manager for the last year.

I have a beautiful wife, two awesome boys and one not so smart dog. I live in Stephens City, VA. Originally from Boston; I am a HUGE lifetime New England Patriots fan. GO PATS!

Amy Hebert, Sales Manager

Design Consultant Extraordinaire. You could call me the creative one in the bunch. Working as a design consultant for the Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. over the past four years has given me the ability to differentiate 10 shades of "white", and the pros and cons of faux wood versus real. I work with my customers to create the perfect window treatments for their home, even when there is a not-so-perfect budget to contend with.

I live in South Riding, VA with my wonderful husband and a hyper dog. It is impossible for me to view life as black and white. I guess that is what makes me good at my job.

Glen Blankenship, Certified Professional Installer

Making my customers happy is my goal. I have spent the last four years with The Blind, Shade & Shutter Co. perfecting the art of installation. I have been trained directly by our vendors and continually stay up to date on all the latest and greatest.

I have a great wife and a 2 year old daughter who is my life. I love to spend my free time racing remote control cars. I live in Loudoun County and look forward to working with you.
